Chef Flemming specializes in creating fresh custom designed cakes that taste even better than they look! From the simple to the elaborate, if you can dream it, we can make it.

We offer a wide variety of cake flavors, fillings, and icing combinations with the finest ingredients. Below is listed a sample of the flavors that we do on a regular basis.
