1: Where are you located, and what are your hours of operation?

We are located at #7 So. South Water St. Ste. B & C, Henderson, NV 89015.

STORE HOURS:
Monday — Friday: 7AM - 5PM
Saturaday: 7AM - 4PM
Sunday: Closed
(Summer Hours: Closed Sunday and Monday)

2: How far in advance should I order my cake?

The more notice the better, we want to be able to do our very best, creating your special occasion cake. We do how ever always have a way to make a delicious 6” 8” or 10” chocolate or vanilla cake with (24 hours notice or less, please call us!).

3: Will Chef Flemmings products all be made from scratch?

Yes!
We do bake all our products following Chef’s large library of recipes, for cakes, creams, mousses, custards, cookies, brownies, and cup cakes.

4: How many servings do your cakes yield?

For birthday cakes:

6” cake serves 6 – 8 people
8” cake serves 8 – 12 people
10” cake serves 12 – 16 people
14’’ cake serves 16 – 24 people.

For wedding cakes:

As a rule a wedding cake is cut in smaller portions and will yield more servings per cake.

5: Do you deliver?

We do for a small delivery charge we will bring our cake/pastries to you, we charge according to distance starting at $25.00.

6: Often asked wedding cake questions:

Do you give a price quote over the phone or via email?

We do.
If you pick a cake from our website, we can give you a price quote over the phone. For special request we may need a bit more time, if you send us a picture via email, and you have already made a decision on cake and filling flavor, we will get back to you very quickly, we also can reproduce most wedding/special occasion cakes you will find on the internet or in wedding magazines. (We specialize in reproducing wedding cakes for couples celebrating anniversaries.)

Do you offer tastings ?

We do.
We do however need some notice, and there is a $18.00 charge for each flavor that you would like to try. We will make you a “small” 6” cake from your choice of cake flavor, filling and frosting, you can enjoy this in our small “café”, or take it home and enjoy it in the comfort of your own home.

Do you decorate with fresh flowers?

We can decorate your cake anyway you would like, if you chose fresh flowers we like to work with the florist of your choice, this way the flowers will match the flowers used for the wedding/special occasion.

Can each tier be a different flavor of cake and filling?

Absolutely, we will design your cake to please everyones taste buds, there may be a small extra charge depending on choices of fillings or fruit out of season. Check out the “About Our Cakes” for flavor/filling suggestions.

How are your cakes priced ?

Birthday cakes are priced according to the size of the cake.
Wedding cakes according to the amount of people the cake will serve.
We start out at $ 3.00 per serving, there will be an extra charge for rolled fondant, special art work (depending on how delicate and the time involved in the production of same), and hand made flowers.

How do I place an order?

Please call us at 702-566-6500.
Print out an order form, fill it out, and fax it to 702-566-6502, or email us and we will get back to you.

We do require a 25% deposit on any specialty orders in advance, and ask you to pay in full no later than the day of your special occasion.
